In the fast-paced world of real estate, traditional conveyancing often becomes a bottleneck marred by lengthy legal processes, hidden fees, and a general lack of transparency.

Contrax aims to revolutionise this process by providing a tech-enabled, quick, and hassle-free conveyancing service. We collaborated with Contrax to create an on-brand user experience as straightforward and efficient as the service itself.

To commence, we delved deep into understanding the roles, objectives and pain points of different stakeholders.

This included homebuyers who are unfamiliar with legal jargon, lawyers who need to provide quick yet comprehensive reviews, and real estate agents who require seamless transactions. Through in-depth user interviews and behavior tracking, we aimed to create a digital solution that was tailored to meet each individuals needs.

One of the key elements of Contrax's brand identity is the motif of a document, symbolising their core offering of legal reviews and contracts.

We utilised the document motif throughout the platform to serve as both an aesthetic element and a navigational guide. This thematic consistency does more than just look good; it creates a sense of cohesion throughout the site. Users, whether they consciously realise it or not, feel a level of familiarity as they navigate through the platform.

Integrating illustrations in the site's design also contributed to brand consistency, adding a layer of warmth and approachability to the Contrax brand.

The colour palette, style, and tone of the illustrations were aligned with the existing brand elements, ensuring a cohesive and unified look and feel across the website. They lighten the tone and make the complex process of legal review feel more accessible and less intimidating. More than just aesthetic enhancements, these illustrations serve to humanise the brand and offer emotional engagement.
